In other words, the body can benefit from a relaxing bath in addition to the mind benefiting. Even if the person chooses not to use the jets, they can still get the blood flowing to their joints and aches in order to lessen any pain or strains. The jets soothe away any aches, while the warm water allows blood to flow into arthritis filled joints to loosen them up.
